Writetober 2024, Horror Haven: Day 1: Mind Within Walls

The fluid blue horror showed its shapeless face

Endless veins and maimed bones screamed 

Large and lanky it loomed, as It’s sound took over all space

And still, It stood

Hungry, screaming to feed on me

It kept screaming and screaming and screaming 

While It felt every inch of my fear, 

I saw every inch of its face gleaming

And still, It consumed

Relentless, screaming as it fed on me..
