Across the plains, a bridge we've made,

No mountain high, no tree’s shade 

Can cover our amity’s shine, nor engulf memories of games we’ve played

Time leaps and skips, silence reigns

Our friendship blooms, despite distance, defying and healing pains

Seasons change, leaves come and go, yet our story continues to unfold.
