Writetober 2023, Day 30: 'Unplaced (The Nothing II)'

 In the town of Nowhere live the unplaced

Originally, people were given designated tasks

When some didn't meet the standard, leaders evicted the unplaced in a haste

The people were stripped of their identity, they all wore blank, empty masks.

The town of Nowhere is greyscale 

Everyone does mindless work

Everything is always boring and stale 

Anything original is always burked..
